Symtrex
provides three levels of support services for our clients:
Basic
Support: With this service, our clients contact us via a web based
form, which initiates a support ticket. Symtrex will respond within
24 hours during normal business hours. This is the most economical support
service.
Select
Support: This service provides our clients with a four hour response
time, during regular business hours from initial contact and support
ticket creation. Our clients have the option of contacting us via the
web based form, email or telephone.
Premier
Support: This service provides a one hour response time, during
regular business hours. On-site premier support is also available.
