We have
Three Operating Service departments:
First,
our Organizational Security Consulting (OSC), which serves in
the discovery of security symptoms, and client challenges, and includes
a pre-security audit, where we identify the security violation root
cause, articulate the potential effect on your business and the recommendations
to correct the security violation, the benefits to your organization
in making the corrections and an estimate on what it will cost to implement
the necessary corrections. A BIA (Business Impact Analysis) is included
in this service.
Second, our Organizational Security Development and Implementation
(OSDI), which serves in creating a tailor-made security solution
that best serves our clients based on the knowledge we have of the client's
present operations. Our staff will manualize and if necessary train
our client's staff in understanding the systems and controls put in
place to manage their security infrastructure and data.
Third, Organizational Client Services (OCS), which encompasses
both follow-up communications, and a post implementation audit, usually
phased in one (1) month, three (3) month, six (6) month and one (1)
year, one (1) day visits after the completion of the implementation
project. This serves to qualify the integrity of the implementation
and assures that the client is on track to meet their security and operational
objectives.
We differ
from other security service providers in that our project implementations
are covered by professional liability coverage. Our auditing services
encompass both pre and post implementations showing positive security
and operational outcomes. We diagnose, prescribe and then affect the
cure of security violations while manualizing our cure for client reference.
We must produce value on a daily basis.
We charge a nominal fee for our auditing services (OSC) and (OCS) to
prevent curiosity seekers from obtaining a free analysis of their business.
Our expertise in this regard is our stock in trade.
An initial audit can take from one to three days typically to complete.
We go to work for you on a daily basis and must produce results each
day. If not, the client has the privilege of terminating our services
at the end of any business day. The only factor that governs the length
of our services is your own judgment of the results you are progressively
receiving and the value that you yourself place on these results. Our
clients have total control over the services we provide.
We always
seek to provide our clients with a significant return on their investment
of our services and will provide statistics to verify such returns during
the post implementation audit of your organization. This is part of
our (OCS) services.
